Luisa holds an honors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has over 16 years of hospitality experience working in some of the world's top hotels and more recently within luxury yachting.
Luisa provides a discrete but attentive service. She has extensive knowledge of wines and cocktails and her language skills (fluent in German, English, French and Spanish and basic Japanese) are an advantage for foreign guests as well as guests in foreign ports.
Luisa has an extremely professional approach to her work but equally excels in making guests on board feel at ease.
